When everyone at the table has placed their bets the dealer will spin the wheel and will launch the ball. When the ball is about to fall over into the slots the dealer will announce that you cannot place or change any more bets. The dealer will then place a dolly on the winning number and will clear all of the losing bets and pay out the winning bets. During this time you can place new bets for the next spin.
