At the table there may be up to eight players, unless you are playing online! The house plays against every player and the dealer takes this role. He is also known as the croupier. As you can see, the best roulette strategy for one person may not be the best for you.  You need to determine how much you are willing to risk before you quit and how much you are willing to lose time and time again before you quit.  When you think of playing roulette in terms of money and not in terms of numbers a strategy is suddenly not so complicated and definitely not something worth paying someone else for.  Only you can determine how much you are comfortable spending and when you have won enough to be satisfied for the day.
